Sinnington Hunt Point To Point

Sinnington Hunt has been in existence since 1680 founded by the Duke of Buckingham and has continued under varying conditions until 1891 when it became a ‘Trencher Fed Pack’ – this means that the hounds resided with individual people and not as a pack in one kennel and then brought together as one pack for the meets. The pack today live as one in the kennels. The Hunting Act 2005 has altered the ‘quarry’ and the hunt now follows trails rather than a fox, and is a great way of getting a day out in the fresh air for both the hounds, horses, riders and villagers.
