Easter is a lovely time to enjoy a break away.  The beginning of spring is a lovely time on the farm, and the countryside is fresh and waiting to be explored, so our cottages make a lovely base for a holiday.

We can offer a full week away or a shorter break to suit you over the Easter period, so why not book some time away.

Mother's Day Break Away Sunday 6th March

Why not treat your mum to a break away for the weekend, or even a week away at one of our Valley View Farm Cottages, in the beautiful countryside of North Yorkshire.

Mother's Day is Sunday 6th March 2016 in the UK, so take a look at our availability for March and book a Mother's Day to remember!

Our cottages are ideally situated for a relaxing break in 4 star self catering accommodation, near the pretty market town of Helmsley.

Helmsley has lots to offer, explore the market place shops, watch the comings and goings of the motorbikes, see what’s playing at the Helmsley Arts Centre, visit Helmsley Castle or Helmsley Walled Garden.

There are long walks on the Moors, great country pubs to stop off on the way, and the coastline is only a short trip away.

Valentine's Day Weekend Away

Why not treat a loved one for Valentine's day with a few days away in the North York Moors. If peace and tranquility and stunning views are what you are after then stay at Valley View Farm. You can even treat your lady to some new lingerie whilst you are there as Valley view Farm is the home to AmpleBosom.com!

Why not make a romantic gesture for this year's Valentines and treat your special someone to a weekend away.  Our cottages are based in beautiful countryside and offer peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of city life - the perfect spot to relax as a couple.

Valentines day falls on a Sunday this year, so why not surprise your loved one by asking them to pack their bags on Friday 12th February for a romantic and relaxing break away.

The Valley View Farm cottages are ideally situated for a quiet romantic break in 4 star self catering accommodation near the pretty market town of Helmsley.

There are long walks on the Moors, great country pubs to stop off on the way, and the romantic coastline is only a short trip away. I can thoroughly recommend a trip to Fountains Abbey where some of the most romantic scenes from Jane Austens 'Pride and Prejudice' were shot or Whitby Abbey voted by countryfile magazine as a romantic ruin!
