I was prompted to ask this as I thumbed through the beautiful photographs of butterflies sent into the guardian flickr group and then looked out from my kitchen window at the beautiful rural North Yorkshire landscape that sees an array of wildlife including butterflies.I often see:
- the Red Admiral butterfly
- the Peacock butterfly (pictured)
- the Small Cabbage White butterfly
- the Comma butterfly
- the Small Tortoiseshell butterfly
- the Wall Brown butterfly
- the Speckled Wood butterfly
So if you'd like to take in this beautiful North Yorkshire countryside and see what butterflies and other wildlife you can see, then why not come and take a short break or a relaxing self catering holiday in one of the Valley View Farm Cottages. If you would like to book a stay at one of the Valley View Farm holiday cottages then you can book online by clicking on the link or alternatively book over the telephone on 01439 798221.
