The Whitby Spirit Of The Forties weekend takes place this year from the 16th - 18th April 2010.The weekend includes:

• Friday night hangar dance and vocals of Lola Lamour,
  
• re-enactors in uniform,
  
• living history displays,
• continental food feste,
• black market,
  
• military vehicles,
  
• militaria stalls,
• firing display,
  
• pipe and drums display,
  
• demonstrations,
  
• veteran cars,
  
• 1940s music,
• Saturday parade,
  
• flea market,
  
• tea dance,
• jazz band,
• inter-services crazy golf tournament,
• fun dog show,
  
• evening hangar dance,
  
• Sunday evening gala concert with brass band,
  
• male voice choir.

This year there will be vocals from Lola Lamour and music from Moonlight Serenade Orchestra,

The entertainment will take place at Whitby Spa Pavilion Complex on the West Cliff and also around the town.
