Anyone watching lambing live? Lambing live is a BBC programme on for five nights and is showing how ewes are lambed and the process of lambing on a family farm in Wales.Here at Valley View Farm we have a large flock of sheep and ewes for lambing. We keep North Country Mules. At the moment we have just had a few lambs born out of our normal lambing time as a ram got out a while ago, which meant the ewes have lambed early for us. Our ewes usually lamb in April.
We are a working family farm and if lambing live has inspired you, then why not come along to Valley View Farm cottages and during your stay you may just see some newly born lambs.
