St George's Weekend, Richmond Castle, April 2010

If you are interested in medieval history and re-enacting the past then come along to Richmond Castle for St George's Medieval Courtly Combat weekend (Saturday 24th - Sunday 25th April 2010.)

Knights from The Plantagenet's perform a medieval 'Tournament of Foote'. Enjoy this living history spectacular and marvel at the weapons and martial skills on display in honour of St George. There's also chance to try your hand at the noble art of archery (small extra charge applies).

The event starts at 11.30am – 5pm and the prices are Adult £5.50, Conc £4.50,Child £3.50 and Members free.
