Formicary Cottage is a self catering holiday cottage situated on a real farm in the village of Old Byland, near Helmsley in North Yorkshire.This cosy cottage is single storey and has one double bedroom however, there is a 'zip and link sofa bed' which can comfortably sleep a further two people as a double or two single beds, in the sitting room. The cottage opens up onto the bright south facing communal patio area.
Good sized open plan living area incorporates sitting and dining area and opens up into the kitchen.
The sitting area is comfortably furnished for relaxing in and fully equipped with TV, freeview, dvd, video, the open fireplace has a coal effect gas fire.
The kitchen is fully equipped with intergrated appliances large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooker and washer/dryer.
Two steps lead down to a corridor off which you will find:
