Form Cottage is a North Yorkshire holiday cottage situated on our family farm in the beautiful picturesque village of Old Byland near Helmsley.A compact one bedroom ground floor cottage. Has a kingsize bed and is equipped with a modern bathroom with bath and shower. Pets are welcome and we have kennels that guests can leave their dogs in. There is also a welcoming tea tray on arrival.
Form Cottage is comfortably furnished. The cottage has a cooker, microwave, washer dryer, fridge-freezer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, and there is a hair dryer in the bedroom, and a TV. This is as well as the TV, freeview, video and DVD player in the sitting room. All guests have access to the main patio area, with garden furniture. For those of you staying a week you can now treat yourself to a mid-week clean. This costs £15 and can be booked when you book your holiday online. Arrival time is 3pm and departure time is 10am.There are plenty of parking spaces, bedding and (fluffy) towels are included in the price. Z-beds, stairgates, and a cot and high chair available on request as is synthetic bedding (there is a charge of £25 per Z-Bed). Electric and gas are included (no meter).
