“Beautiful location, cottage clean and comfortable. The setting for these cottages is ideal if you want peace and quiet. It is a bit remote but as long as you have transport that is not a problem just remember to stock up while you are out as there is not a local shop! The cottage itself was spotlessly clean and comfy. Well equipped kitchen. Lots to see and do in Yorkshire. Whitby abbey is a must see and the James Herriott museum in Thirsk is great especially for children. Also for a great and FREE outing , Yorkshire Lavender is a great place to visit. Stunning scenery and the wonderful frangrance of lavender , also great cream teas.
