Get Walking Day May 2010

Get Walking Day 2010 will be held on Sunday 23 May 2010. The event aims to encourage people to take up walking as a way of exercising. Last years Get Walking Day was a great success with over 100 local Groups organising 150 short introductory walks with over 3,000 people taking part.

The walks are free and will be run by experienced ramblers.

Here at Valley View Farm we are very lucky as there are many walks in this area to enjoy the beautiful countryside and stunning scenery that surrounds the farm and the village of Old Byland.
