Guinea Fowl Eggs

I was recently given some guinea fowl eggs. These eggs are not as large as hen eggs but they are very flavoursome. The yolks are very yellowy orange and make great soft boiled eggs, although the shells are extremely hard. Guinea fowl eggs are also good to use for baking as they give a real golden colour to cakes, buns and yorkshire puddings.
