Farmer's Market York 2013

Farmers' markets take place regularly on Parliament Street in York.

Farmers, growers or producers from within a 40 mile radius of York city centre sell their produce, direct to the public.

Markets are held on the last Friday of every month:

• 26 July 2013
• 30 August 2013
• 20 to 29 September 2013 - as part of the Festival of Food & Drink
• 25 October 2013
• 15/16 November 2013
• 13/14 December 2013

These markets are generally open from 9am to 4pm and are held in Parliament Street.

 

Old Byland is just a 50 minute drive away from York, so if you are having a break away at Valley View Farm then York is a day out not to be missed.
