1000 acres of beautiful country the Howardian Hills are marked as an
Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Castle Howard offers much more than
a visitor attraction, it's always worth a visit especially when they
are holding one of their many special events.
Castle Howard is a 40 minute drive from Old Byland and so if you are
joining us for a break away it is a day out not to be missed.
