The Spring Steam Gala features three visiting engines running along the Esk Valley Line
on the Sundays. This year the visiting locomotives are 4464 - Bittern (1930s with full streamlining), 70000 - Britannia, and 80072.
There will also be demonstration goods trains and Grostmont to Goathland local train.
This is an event not to be missed by fans of the railways. It's also an ideal opportunity to appreciate the trains and the beautiful countryside backdrop.
