The Yorkshire Museum of Farming re-opens this weekend of 31st March and 1st April for the season.
The 16 acre site holds a range of events and activities throughout the year based at Murton Park just outside of York.
This weekend the museum celebrates Country Crafts from a bygone age. The attractions and activities will include; pottery, metalwork, leatherwork, woodwork, spinning and weaving. It's also an opportunity to see the new Spring livestock. All visitors to the museum this weekend will be able to enjoy a free ride on the Derwent Valley Light Railway to celebrate the opening of the season.
