Father's Day Lunch At Swinton Park

Does your Father like fishing, interested in falconry or fancy himself as a master butcher/chef? If any of these activities appeal then why not treat your Father to lunch at Swinton Park followed by one of these activities?

A family lunch in Samuel’s, followed by an afternoon fishing on the River Ure or a falconry experience at the Bird of Prey Centre – there’s lots on offer. Don’t forget there is also the Butchery and Carving Skills cookery school day courses that weekend.

Enjoy a family lunch in Samuel’s dining room at the hotel, and spend the afternoon either;
  • walking in the grounds,
  • Hawk Walk at the Bird of Prey Centre,
  • fly fishing on the River Ure,
  • pony trekking on the estate
  • clay pigeon shooting at the Warren Gill Shooting School.
Lunch £28.00 per person, activities from £22 per person.

Butchery and Carving Skills Day Course at the Cookery School – 20th June. Join Rob Taylor, the cookery school’s Head Chef, for a day course that concentrates on knife and carving skills, boning and filleting and understanding the different cuts of meat and appropriate cooking methods, with a masterclass on marinades and barbecue techniques. Day Course £150 per person (including lunch).
