The Gourmet Market will feature around 50 stalls offering the very best of Yorkshire product. There will be hot food available, and a Beer Festival alongside. A Jazz band will also be on site to entertain.
The demonstration stage will host some of the renowned local chefs in the area including Andrew Pern from the Star Inn at Harome and Stephanie Moon the consultant Chef to Rudding Park. Sophie Jewett from York Cocoa House will be there to showcase her Yorkshire Chocolate Collection and the 21 Engineer Regiment will demonstrate field catering.
Children's cookery workshops will get the whole family involved including pizza making and chocolate workshops.
