One of my staff is to appear on Ready Steady Cook next week. They contacted Sara as she farms quail and has quail eggs and asked if she would like to appear on the new series which started this January.The quail eggs are in the "Quicky Bag Challenge" where the chefs have 10 minutes to come up with some dishes. If you like quail eggs but are not sure what to do with them, then this is the show to watch, so tune in to BBC2 on Wednesday 25th February at 4.30pm.
