So a cunning FBI agent has managed to track down Sir Allen Stanford and issued him with the civil legal papers for a 'fraud of shocking magnitude' according to the Securities and Exchange Commission. I have to say that I am stunned that Sir Allen has not even been taken in for questioning and was allowed to go on his merry way - there will be people who will be devasted financially as a result of this fraud, and not able to drive off into the sunset...
