    The county has lots to offer for those looking for days out in Yorkshire! My wife and I go there every summer. We recently stayed in Cawthorne Village- it's a perfect place for weekends away!!

    Thanks for your comment, yes there is certainly plenty to do in Yorkshire - have you seen our list here of places to visit.
    Old Byland is a small village too and very close to Helmsley which is a great place. Maybe we will see you here one weekend?!
